Namrata Bala
President
Namrata is a third-year Finance & Information Systems major with a minor in Engineering Sciences. She has been involved in SCNO for six semesters, serving in a range of roles including Senior Advisor, Project Manager, and Associate Consultant on project teams. In her previous role as Vice President of Operations, she managed the project cycle and mentored teams to successfully drive impact for nonprofit clients during SP’25 and AU’25. She is now serving as President. Outside of SCNO, she is involved in the Integrated Business & Engineering Honors Program, Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity, and Grant Central. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, watching sitcoms, reading, and baking. As President, she looks forward to providing formative professional development and community-building opportunities for members, ultimately enabling nonprofits to maximize their impact on the communities they serve.

Vikas is a third-year Finance and Information Systems double major with a minor in History. This is his 5th semester in SCNO where he has been an associate consultant for 2 projects, Growlers Dog Bones and Cleveland Gives Back, the project manager for a research initiative with Friends and Families for Safe Streets, and was most recently the Vice President of Corporate Relations. Outside of SCNO, Vikas is a teaching assistant for Operations Management. In his free time, he likes to try new restaurants, hang out with friends, and play golf and tennis. He’s excited to organize the recruitment process and support members throughout their journeys with SCNO!

Sadhana Nori
Vice President of Marketing
Sadhana is a third-year studying Marketing with a minor in Spanish. She has been in SCNO for four semesters, serving as an associate consultant, project manager, and senior advisor while working with nonprofits such as the Alliance for Paired Kidney Donation and Worthington Resource Pantry. On campus, she is involved with Phi Chi Theta Professional Business Fraternity, CRIS Community Connectors at Ohio State, Honors Leadership, and International Affairs Scholars. In her free time, Sadhana enjoys music, going to the gym, traveling, and spending time with friends! As VP of Marketing, Sadhana is excited to bring more recognition to this wonderful organization and its members!

Will Rees
Co-Vice President of Membership
Will is a second-year neuroscience and finance student with a minor in video arts. This is his fourth semester in SCNO, where he previously worked as a project manager for The Alliance for Paired Kidney Donation and Growler’s Dog Bones. Besides SCNO, Will is a proud member of the Honors Cohort Program, Buckeye Undergraduate Consulting Club, and Phi Chi Theta Professional Business Fraternity. He is passionate about triathlons, filmography, chess, and rock climbing. Will is honored to take on the role of vice president of membership and is beyond excited to help the new members of SCNO learn and develop as much as possible as they work with nonprofits!

Devarth Patel
Co-Vice President of Membership
Devarth is a third-year Economics major with minors in Public Policy and International Relations & Diplomacy. This is his fifth semester in SCNO, and he has previously served as an Associate Consultant on two projects and as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. Outside of SCNO, Devarth serves as President of the Undergraduate Economics Society, Vice President of Project Management for the Global Leadership Initiative, and the undergraduate representative and voting member of the Review of University Space and Entity Name Committee. In his free time, Devarth enjoys spending time with friends, going on drives, trying new foods, and watching sitcoms. He is especially excited to support and mentor newly accepted members throughout the New Member Education process.

Moyo Ogunfayo
Vice President of Operations
Moyo is a second-year, studying Political Science with a minor in Economics and International Relations & Diplomacy. She has been an associate consultant for Beyond The Game and project manager for Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyers Project, prior to VP of Operations. Outside of SCNO, she is involved in the International Affairs Scholars Program, Model United Nations, and Phi Alpha Delta. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, trying new foods, music, and hanging with friends. As the VP of Operations, Moyo is excited to provide more resources so project teams can give back in the most impactful way!

Vice President of Corporate & Alumni Relations
Ved is a second-year Finance and Economics double major. This is his third semester in SCNO, previously serving as an associate consultant on two projects. Outside of SCNO, Ved is a member of the 30th Honors Cohort, and Buckeye Private Equity and Venture Capital. In his free time, Ved enjoys playing basketball, international travel, and Bay Area sports. As the VP of Corporate Relations, Ved is excited to connect members with a diverse range of professional opportunities.

Rohan Patel
Vice President of Finance
Rohan is a second-year Finance major with a minor in Business Analytics. This is his fourth semester in SCNO, previously serving as an associate consultant on two projects, and a project manager on one. Outside of SCNO, Rohan is the Chief Financial Officer of the Undergraduate Student Government, is part of the Honors Finance Program, and interns part-time with a nonprofit called Beyond The Game. In his free time, Rohan enjoys playing sports, watching movies, and trying new foods. As the VP of Finance, Rohan is excited to help manage SCNO’s financial growth and create new opportunities for the organization.

Maddie Musto
Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Maddie is a second-year Accounting major with a minor in Professional Writing. She has been in SCNO for four semesters, serving as an associate consultant, project manager, committee member, and now as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion! Outside of SCNO, Maddie works as an Undergraduate Business Statistics TA involved and as a Student Leadership Advocate. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, embroidery projects, reading fun books, and baking new treats! Maddie is incredibly excited to watch this organization grow and is looking forward to all of the fun community events within SCNO this year!

Charles Hite
Vice President of Programming
Charlie is a second-year Operations Management major with minors in Engineering Sciences as well as “Music Media & Enterprise.” This is his 3rd semester in SCNO, having previously worked as an associate consultant with both “MODCON living” and “The Crawford Crew.” Outside of SCNO, Charlie is a member of the Integrated Business and Engineering program, and the Steel Drum Ensemble in the Music School. Charlie is also a passionate musician, powerlifter, and martial artist. He has an immense passion for SCNO’s mission and the people within it, and is thrilled to serve as the VP of Programming.
